Sorry for not posting in...forever. I've been busy playing Lego Harry Potter on my iPad. If you expect to get anything done ever don't get that game. It's kind of addicting.
In my family for Christmas we do a gift exchange. Each person picks a name and then gets a gift for that person. No one in my family is creative though so you a pretty much guarantee to get something that you write on your list. I got my brother and has his present wrapped at the beginning of November.I consider this an accomplishment because I am usually the person that leaves everything to the last minute...if it gets done at all (take every English assignment that I've been assigned...or my senior project for example). However it was the rest of my family that left Christmas shopping to the last minute. On Thursday night my dad and brother were getting presents. My brother had to go book shopping at indigo...something he should not ever have to do alone. My dad got some DS games at Zellers...it was very difficult for him to find 'Zooty Coon'. It wasn't until I told him that the game was called Zoo Tycoon that he figured out what game it was.
Then this morning my sister comes up to me as I am cleaning the basement and says 'do you know who everyone has for Christmas?" and I nod. 'Ok so you know I have you, right? where can I find the 'How I Met Your Mother' DVDs you want?"
*face palm* Did i mention we are opening presents tonight? Talk about leaving it to the last minute.
Half the fun of the gift exchange is trying to figure out who everyone has. when you do it's exciting come Christmas present opening time seeing if you are right or not. I was right and count this among the few times I am right about name draws.
